2. What data we process and why

We process the data you give us in the contact form (name, company, email, phone and the details of your event) to answer your request, prepare a proposal and keep in touch if you decide to hire us. We do not send marketing you have not asked for, make automated decisions or build profiles.

3. Legal basis

Your consent when you send the form and, at your request, pre-contractual measures. If we sign a contract, also the performance of that contract. You can withdraw your consent at any time.

4. Retention

We keep request data for 24 months or for as long as there is a business relationship. After that it is blocked for the legal limitation periods and then deleted.

5. Recipients

We do not share your data with third parties unless required by law. Netlify, Inc. hosts this website and handles form submissions as a data processor; it may process data in the United States with the safeguards set out in the GDPR (EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses). If another brand in the group handles your request, we will tell you before sharing your data with it.

6. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to eventos@marcacondal.com or to the postal address above. If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

7. Cookies

This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies. It only stores in your browser, for the session, whether you have already seen the opening animation, so it does not play again.
